Welcome to our newly built vacation home in the municipality of Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea.

The house is located in a quiet and idyllic cul-de-sac and offers plenty of space for up to four people with approx. 110 square meters of living space, a fenced garden, and a covered terrace. We built the house in 2025 and furnished it with great attention to detail. We are now looking forward to welcoming guests who appreciate this place as much as we do. The village of Pönitz is located in the municipality of Scharbeutz and offers plenty of space for relaxation as well as all the amenities you need for everyday life. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached in a short time (7 minutes by car). An ideal setting for a relaxing vacation. Our bright and modernly furnished house offers you plenty of space for relaxation and tranquility, including

At the end of the property is a small river (Schwartau) where you can watch ducks, among other things. Our chickens roam freely on the property and, with a little luck, you can find your breakfast egg yourself 😊Of course, there is also the option to charge e-bikes. Sufficient parking spaces are available. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video are available free of charge on the large flat-screen TV. We have made our prices transparent and without any hidden surprises for you:  

Price/night high season (vacations/holidays):	110 EUR/day</
Price/night low season:	80 EUR / day
Final cleaning:	65 EUR / one-time fee
Towel / bed linen package (optional):	15 EUR / person

A deposit of 20% of the booking price is required at the time of booking. Our vacation home is a non-smoking house. Smokers are welcome to use the covered terrace.
